Walking is the practical sport, because without realized if we go to school or into workplace/office by walking it is a sport activity that has some benefits.

Because to maintain bone health is not only needed calcium and vitamin D, but we should walking minimum 10,000 steps everyday and at the morning we should exposed to sunlight 15 minutes a day, If we do this regularly and continuously, so our bones will be spared from osteoporosis.
